	Metacaulk® Cover Guard™ is a single component, fire-rated gasket for use with electrical boxes to comply with the “24 inch rule”. Metacaulk® Cover Guard™ fits under the cover plate and does not take up volume in the electrical box. It is a labor saving replacement for putty pads in normal applications. STC 54 rating, Tested in a UL 411 wall assembly/section to ASTM E90. Patent Pending.

	Metacaulk® Box Guard™ is a highly intumescent, fire-rated pad for use in electrical boxes. When complying with the “24 inch rule”, it is inserted on the inside back wall of an electrical box. When exposed to fire, Box Guard™ will expand forming a char that will seal off the opening and prevent the spread of flames and limit the temperature rise on the unexposed surfaces. A labor saving, economical alternative to putty pads. Great for retrofit jobs. STC 53 Rating, Tested in a UL 411 wall assembly/section to ASTM E90.

Metacaulk® Fire-Rated Putty Pads	Material Safety Data Sheet Product Data Sheet MSDS (Spanish) PDS (Spanish)	List of Approved Systems
	Metacaulk® Putty Pads are used to maintain the hourly rating of fire-rated walls containing electrical outlet boxes and to reduce sound transmission. Only one pad thickness (1/8 inch) is required for a 1 or 2 hour fire rating. No additional putty material needed to plug the end of each electrical metallic tube or conduit at its connection to the box. Hand moldable with no curing time required. STC rating 60, Tested in a UL 411 wall assembly/section to ASTM E90.

	Metacaulk® Putty Sticks are used to seal around penetrating items through fire-rated walls, floors and within blank openings. For use with electrical cables, conduit and metal pipes. Hand moldable with no curing time required. Will not dry out and can be re-used as additional penetrating items are removed or installed.
